Delivery Information

  1. Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) You can make payments to any of our Halk Bank (TL) accounts via bank transfer or EFT.

  2. Credit Card Payments Through our website, you can make a one-time payment or take advantage of our installment options with any credit card. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order process.

  3. Order Refund In the event of cancellation of your orders for any reason, Dekopratik Mobilya Metal Sanayi Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account details and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our finance department.

  4. Delivery We strive to ship the products you order on the same day. For products that take longer to supply, the delivery time is 5 business days as stated in the product details. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address. You can consult with our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. Additionally, shipping is only available within Turkey.

  5. Payment Tracking If the system encounters any issues that prevent the transaction from being completed, our visitors are notified at the end of the payment page. If there is an error at the specified address and the order cannot be delivered, the person who placed the order will be contacted. The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed with an automatic email sent after the order is processed. We are responsible not only to our customers but also to the bank whose credit card system we use for ensuring successful delivery.

Please Note! If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, please open and check it in the presence of the courier. Once the product is received, it is considered that the courier company has fulfilled its duty. If the product is damaged: You can contact us via our WhatsApp line at +90 539 328 8405 as soon as possible, or inform us by emailing order@dekopratik.com.tr. If you complete these steps, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you want to return the product in this email, it will help us improve our services.
